Machine Rental Agreement

1. Contract Parties

This rental agreement is concluded between Bellepoxid (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Renter”).

2. Rental Object

The Owner rents professional machines, accessories, vacuum systems, grinding tools, and related equipment to the Renter under the conditions stated below.

3. Ownership

All rented machines and accessories remain the exclusive property of Bellepoxid at all times.

4. Identification Requirement

The Renter must present valid identification before delivery.

False information immediately voids the agreement.

5. Delivery Only

Machines are delivered only by Bellepoxid.

Customer pickup is excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Place of Use

Machines may only be used at the declared work address provided during booking.

Transporting machines to another:

• address

• city

• building site

• storage place

• third party

without written approval is prohibited.

7. Deposit

A security deposit is mandatory before delivery.

The deposit serves as protection against:

• damage

• theft

• misuse

• contamination

• missing accessories

• unauthorized relocation

• late return

Deposit release occurs only after complete technical inspection.

If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the Renter remains fully liable for the difference.

8. Rental Period

Rental begins at delivery time and ends only when the machine is officially returned and inspected.

9. Late Return

Late return automatically generates additional rental charges.

10. Machine Operation

Machines may only be used correctly and safely.

Improper use is fully at renter’s risk.

11. Machines Requiring Professional Operation

The following machines require operator service or proven machine experience:

• HTC 500

• Von Arx VA 30 S

Operator required unless the customer has proven machine experience.

12. Damage Liability

The Renter is fully liable for all damage occurring during rental, including:

• motor damage

• electrical damage

• gearbox damage

• cable damage

• impact damage

• water damage

• misuse damage
  

13. Wear Parts

Grinding segments, blades, discs, filters, and consumables are charged according to actual wear.

14. Cleaning

Machines must be returned in acceptable condition.

Heavy contamination may result in cleaning charges.

15. Theft and Loss

The Renter is fully liable for theft or loss during the rental period.

A police report must be provided immediately in case of theft.

16. No Transfer to Third Parties

The Renter may not lend, sub-rent, transfer, or allow third-party use without written approval.

17. Inspection

Bellepoxid performs inspection before delivery and after return.

Inspection results determine deposit release.

18. Liability Exclusion

Bellepoxid is not liable for:

• project delays

• floor damage caused by renter

• incorrect operation

• production loss

• indirect damages

19. Legal Enforcement

In case of theft, fraud, refusal of return, false identity, or intentional damage, legal action may be initiated immediately.

20. Acceptance

By signing or submitting rental confirmation, the Renter accepts all terms of this agreement.
